Our inaugural camps in Halifax, Nova Scotia were hosted in 2008 at Saint Mary’s University for 2 weeks from July 28 – August 8.  The level of intensity and the featured Euro Futbol Elite Training directed by four professional coaches from A.C. Milan Italy was the most significant contribution to the overwhelming success of these inaugural camps.  Twelve local coaches were also recruited to work under the direction of, certified A.C. Milan Technical Director Elio Garavaglia with his 7 years as an *AC Milan player and over 20 years in their Technical and Coaching program. (*The Italian futbol team consistently ranked in the top five competitive teams in the world).

Never before has this caliber of international level technical training (backed by a top 5 ranked European Futbol/Soccer Club), been available in Atlantic Canada!  The first camp offered by Euro Futbol for Champions was very much a “Sports Training Event” for the Nova Scotia youth!

In 2008 there was over 250 camp participants, who enjoyed this high caliber training opportunity.  Most noteworthy was the overwhelming positive response and feedback from parents and participants, regarding the level of intensity & effectiveness from the Technical Coaching Drills and Skills Training.
